You need a hero with an army to conquer a town. Select the town you want to conquer and click the siege icon. The town will be yours only if your siege succeeds. Conquering a town can take a long time (typically several days). To conquer a town, you also need to be able to control a new town. The number of towns you can control at any one time is limited by the best ranking level you have achieved.
